Return & Exchange

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All items listed on are made to order, therefore we are not able to take returns or exchange on any item. If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at In the case of damage incurred during shipment, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery in order to initiate the return process. If your purchase becomes faulty at a later date, please email for review, including your order number and purchase date, a detailed description of the damage, and photos of the item.
