Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next business day. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Our standard operating days are Monday to Friday with 2-day delivery by DHL/UPS. Direct signature is required for all shipments.

All international orders are shipped via DHL/UPS Worldwide Express. Shipments are subject to import customs duties and fees. The recipient of the shipment will be the importer and is responsible for all assigned import duties and fees.

All items are made to order. Please allow up to 7 days for your custom order to ship.
Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.


International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax and customs duty (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery. International shipments are sent via FedEx International Priority and require direct signature. Delivery is expected within 3-7 business days once order is produced and available to ship.

Please note, refused or unclaimed international orders will not be eligible for refund. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.

Prices shown are in Canadian dollars, excluding taxes and shipping costs. We reserve the right to modify the price of any products at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel your order if the product is not available, is incorrectly priced and/or incorrectly described.

We make every effort to ensure that the products on are accurately displayed. However, variations between the photography and actual product may occur due to uncontrolled variables.

Return & Exchange

For a full refund, a return request must be made within 24 hours of receipt. Any requests made after 24 hours will allow for exchange only and must be made within 7 days of reciept. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is determined to be damaged or unsalable. All pieces will be subject to a quality control inspection and the original packaging must be intact.

Please note: all international orders are final sale.

We will provide a prepaid shipping label and will assist in arranging pick up for all returns. Once the return is inspected, the customer will receive a full refund to the original form of payment less the return shipping fees.

If you wish to make an exchange , please email and title the subject of your email “exchange”, followed by the order number. We are pleased to assist you with your exchange or offer you store credit. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and will assist in arranging pick up for all exchange pieces.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at In the case of damage incurred during shipment, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery in order to initiate the return process. If your purchase becomes faulty at a later date, please email for review, including your order number and purchase date, a detailed description of the damage, and photos of the item.
